Working under the direction of Theo Kalomirakis of TK Theaters, Dougie Lazer of XS Lighting & Sound contributed to a design installation at The Kips Bay Decorator Show House in New York City, utilizing the latest in lighting technology. Theo Kalomirakis Theaters was among a small group of designers and decorators chosen by The Kips Bay Decorator Show House organizers to design and install a room in their 2004 show house.
